Fyi, Donato in the news . . . again. I am so relieved that the man is not an opportunist who gravitates to the front of any camera lens, or any reporter who might just be reporting on anything. Truly his interest must have been only in Elian whatshisname. Donato Dalrymple was holding Elian Gonzalez when gun-toting federal agents demanded he turn the Cuban boy over to them. On Sunday, Dalrymple witnessed the latest drama to draw hordes of news cameras to Florida. Dalrymple, one of the men who rescued the 6-year-old boy off the Florida Coast last Thanksgiving, showed up at the emergency operations center in West Palm Beach to take in the ongoing recount and assess the situation. "I'm just amazed at what's going on," said Dalrymple, telling reporters he voted for George W. Bush. "I believe that he can be a great commander and chief of this country." foxnews.com
