86.com is a web-based organization that provides a portal to be

procure goods and services. The work to be performed by the Quantum
Technology Group includes designing the physical topology for 86.com,
and site connectivity, network management, backup and disaster
recovery, virus protection, messaging and security. Quantum had also
designed the implementation and migration of the current messaging
