Hop: I think a ruling favorable to the Repubs would be construed as legitimate...I really think the court has no other choice unless it wants to provoke a crisis. Clearly the counting has deteriorated to a point where the legitimacy of the election, period, is in question and this needs to stop immediately...Gore needs to hang it up and get outta town doc
