Neietzche is acknowledged to have been the major precursor to fascist ideology. Today he is back in fashion on university campuses. Heidegger was an active, ideologically committed member of the Nazi party. Hid ideas continue to dominate contemporary philosophy and hermeneutics. The Nazis in all parts of their "TRIUMPH OF WILL" thought to overthrow the Judeo-Christian ethic. I suggest you read a book called MODERN FASCISM by GENE EDWARD VEITH,JR from CONCORDIA PUBLISHING HOUSE. It is an amazing book and if you read it you will walk away with a real understanding of what fascism was and how much of it is alive and well on the college campuses of today.
