Lo and behold, an Eschwab broker called me at 9:30 this morning to say that shares of CIEN had become available for shorting. Of course, this comes now that I'm no longer interested. I now realize that CIEN is like fire. If I play with it, I'm going to get burned. The MMs are HEAVILY manipulating this one. How else can you justify the fact that the total shares more than doubled, and the price is now rising! Happy Trading ....
