concur on many tech growth stocks that are at value pe's....would start to consider most with pe's around thirty....easily can expand in a healthy market environ to fifty........still believe the 100+ multiples have a bit more downside....the question is what catalyst will firm the market? election solution short term....but the big move would be with an inevitable fed rate cut.....
