Miami-Dade canvassing board just said they want to be able to use their discretion on what type of ballots will be counted...isn't it ironic...they want to strip Katherine Harris of the use of her discretion laid out under Florida State law...but it's ok for the Democrats to use theirs whereever and whenever it is convenient...
