Dataram Announces Low-profile 1.0-Inch PC133 and PC100 SDRAM DIMM Modules
High-density Modules Designed for Today's Ultra Thin, Rack-mountable Servers
PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 20, 2000--Dataram Corporation [NASDAQ: DRAM] a leading provider of gigabyte-class memory for high-performance network servers, today announced the immediate availability of its lowest profile (1.00 inch), high-density SDRAM DIMM modules. The new modules, designed for the increasing demand for space efficient systems, are available in registered and unbuffered PC133 and PC100 configurations ranging from 64MB to 512MB.

While most 1U servers have a maximum 1.20-inch height requirement on memory modules, Dataram's 1.00-inch solution provides additional air space that improves system cooling and overall reliability. Dataram's low-profile modules offer system designers the ability to develop even more compact servers for the increasing demands of the technology market.

``Our new 1.0-inch low-profile PC100 and PC133 SDRAM DIMM modules allow designers of thin, rack-mountable servers, telecommunications and network equipment of all types to achieve the speed, density and performance enhancements required in the next generation of systems,'' stated Jay Litus, Dataram's vice president of business development.

Dataram's high-density 1.0-inch low-profile SDRAM modules are available in 64MB, 128MB, 256MB and 512MB capacities, registered and unbuffered, configured as x64 or x72 (ECC). All modules utilize 168-pin DIMM packaging with gold contacts, 3.3 V power supply, and are compliant with PC133 and/or PC100 standard specifications.
