The WSJ reporter, Chip Cummins, replied pretty quickly and expressed a lot of interest. The CCO vs Florida situation would be of interest to both Oil and Energy reporters and to legal reporters. These are two widely different types of people. It is , of course, of interest to general business reporters too. After the election furor quiets down, I will try to contact the broadcast people. I suppose that when Gaylord files the inverse condemnation lawsuit they may try to get a little publicity. They will have to mention some big bucks if they want to get any traction with the media. Most likely the Company will try to maintain a low profile as usual, but I believe that is a big mistake. Sometimes they think that they can negotiate in secret but this case will become so political that Jeb Bush cannot settle it quietly. Perhaps there is still room for the State to allow drilling (?).
