Here is a classic example of charlatans (i.e. analysts) at work! Morgan Stanley had put a strong buy on Jupiter Network (JNPR) about 4 weeks ago with a target of $250/shr. The stock was at around $210/shr at the time of the recommendation. It then ran up to about $243/shr (at which time they or their special big clients) most likely started dumping their shares. And today only 4 weeks later after their Strong Buy recommendation and when the stock is trading at around $130/shr (or about 50% below when they recommended it as a Strong Buy), they come up with the downgrade from Strong Buy to Outperform! Yes, stock is a Strong Buy at $210/shr but a sell at $130/shr!! How can these people even go on living knowing the type of dirty tactics they pull simply because of their CNBC type celebrity status?!
