James Madison just kicked Mayor Daley's ass and says he votes for Bush. The Psychic Vote Review Team has reviewed the situation and ruled that the spirit of James Madison is actually the spirit of Lassie and is not human and therefore Mayor Daley's 140,000 votes stand. Lassie's vote for Bush is thrown out.
