A new rat stock addition> Found this one last week looking through the Value Line, forgot to buy the darn thing, and it popped Friday, on news, but has fallen back into first buy range. MM's are keeping it tight right now, was pretty loose earlier. HMSY Value Line rates it in their scan for highest long-term % appreciation. It also has the highest risk, but it is too cheap here, with around a buck in cash, and this is a growth sector, with heath industry increases to run over 11% in 2001... So, cost containment becomes a keyword. hmsy.com
