Me too Freeus! I remember about 5 years ago, my mom was in the hospital. We didn't know if she was going to live and it was Thanksgiving. We grilled Salmon steaks and and cooked everything that was the antithesis of traditional Thanksgiving food, assuming that Mom would be there next year to return us to tradition. She was and we did! You're welcome to come on over for lunch! Wow, those are some leftovers! I'm heading your way after Thanksgiving! Food discussions are way better than dimpled chad discussions. :0) B
