The stock is getting crushed. Joe Kernan's remarks really started a wave of selling at $37 and it's not letting up. His main point was that he felt Barron's would not run the story if they didn't have SOMETHING and that investors, faced with uncertainty, are "voting with their feet."

I believe the risk IS too great to hold, although this is a mother of a selloff and it must be difficult for those who are long to let go so suddenly to so much capital. The problem is, fraud is such a horrible development the possible downside is another 50% haircut from whatever the price is now. That is to say, the stock has tanked on uncertainty. If it becomes certain that fraud exists, another 50% could immediately go.

The last time I posted her the stock was selling for about $8 share in early 1999. For those of you still in the stock who bought between 1997 and the end of 1999, you've still got a fantastic gain at $30 share, and I think it would be wise to take that gain and wait for this cloud to lift. Good luck.
