In listening to the proceedings I believe that these judges although Democrat appointed judges are honest and will do what they believe is correct in accordance with the laws they are sworn to uphold. Notice I don't think that they should undergo character assassination. However after the decision the Florida legislature will do what they believe is in their power to do. Kind of fascinating process isn't it ? Reality is we have a tie !!!!!
