Kevin, I don't know what % DEC is of Intel sales, but it can't be too significant. I don't believe Intel would lose business if it didn't sell to DEC, I would imagine that those sales would go to other PC/server vendors. I'm not a lawyer and don't know if DEC would have cause for a suit if Intel were to cut them off. With a 90%+ CPU market share, maybe the courts would hold Intel to a higher standard than most component suppliers. Don't know. John
