They produce flash memory. Growing 100%+ annually, PE in the teens. Fabless, so are protected to a certain degree against risk of industry overcapacity - if prices drop, cost of production drops. Hold patents on superflash technology which is becoming industry standard. Used by Intel, Cisco etc. Refreshing change in this market to find a growing profitable co that has a sensible valuation.
