Is this something new? I thought many absentee ballots were thrown out because of a lack of postmark even though they were signed and witnessed. OTOH, the Dems will use the allowance of any previously disallowed absentee ballots as a reason to include previously disallowed dimple, overvoted ballots in Dade Broward and Palm Beach county...
