So any 3G handset sold in Asia or America over the next 15 years is guaranteed current CDMA royalty rates!

I don't think the analysts appreciate the significance of this announcement or the timing. I said before that all DoCoMo
partners will have to update their licenses and that when they did it would be the telling factor going forward for CDMA
royalty rates based on WCDMA or CDMA2000. Now it truly doesn't matter. Europe is going to get screwed if they
continue to wait because believe me, there is price discrimination and it is 100% legal. They have no choice. Pay me now
or pay me more later. They are bent over a barrel. All and I mean all the cards are in QCOM's hand.
