No country advanced on LUCK. But you may be right. Some Middle East countries got lucky because they are sitting on oil. How many lucky ones are there? Start a National Lottery, if you want to depend on luck. Even then, there may be some rich paki who will print a ticket with lucky numbers on it after the lucky draw. Faith and Hope are sustaining the poor decent people , but don't pay the bills---JPR
