27,000 ballots were rejected in Duvall (Jacksonville area), which is heavily Republican !!!! How many total did Buchanan get? 3000, and Palm Beach was one of Buchanan's top for votes 4 years ago, so certainly some of the Buchanan vote was really intended for Buchanan !! You have no idea about the 27,000 in Duvall (I don't either, maybe they all meant to vote for Gore but I doubt it)...but how can you even begin to make such a statement based only on what is happening in these few heavily Democratic counties ????????? Jimbo.
