But the Republican Legislature then significantly tightened up the requirements for requesting and voting absentee. APO, FPO, or foreign postmark shall be considered valid."

I wasnt able to watch the argument, but I understand the AG made some comments that postmarks were required, so at this point, it is hard to figure out what the rule is.
