I must be the only person in the world who has never seen that clip and now that I've seen it, I'm wondering what the big deal was. Have to laugh at the insinuation about the drink he threw back -- they are outside in AUGUST, in Lubbock ,Texas.... People have been known to die of heat stroke on their way to the mailbox in August here in Texas. I personally don't walk to the car without a canteen. Some of my friends load up their freezers in May and don't reappear until October. We poach eggs in our swimming pool. And after all the criticism about poor GW's incoherent speech, why he sounded downright eloquent! That smokin' gun was shootin' blanks, honey.
