Richard, where are all the law abiding Republicans complaining about the law being ignored on the absentee ballot issue? I seem to recall a complaint about the Democrats being in favor of the law only when it is is their favor.

Not a single Republican has protested this unlawful activity. Rather hypocritical isn't it?


Didn't know you were interested <G>. Which unlawful activity are you specifically referring to?

As with the precinct votes, they shouldn't count the absentee votes that don't meet the criteria as required by law, assuming that it was the voter that screwed up. That is, if they weren't signed, witnessed, clear, et cetera. My personal feeling probably goes deeper in that I have trouble with the concept of "trying to determine what the voter meant". I don't think we should be in that business, either.
