Well, their wasn't any news from TXN so I don't think they have unloaded their holdings yet. Some people have been buying around 10-13 for quite some time now. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to buy at $9-10 since I accumulated the stock at $11-12 1/2...that was serious margin pressure on Wed-Thurs. On a six month chart you will notice extremely high volumes on days that ACTL closed higher and extremely low volumes that the stock closed lower. I think that is a good sign. -JW
