I never had a position in CMRC. What I discussed here was not about whether CMRC would be up or down today or tomorrow. The results of trading depend on many factors and are only results of some probability. If one has a way to predict Fla supreme court decision and the announcement of quit of an ORCL executive, he may be able to increase his trading probability on the short of CMRC, but based his short on erroneous fundemantal information was not a valid trading strategy.
