Internet connections in Lima, Peru. I just happened to be down there, and there are many places that have accessibility to the internet. Anywhere from 2-4 Soles per hour ($.60-$1.20). the one I used was quite slow, but workable. I saw one place that claimed that they connected at 96,000.

They have these facilities all over. Yet many had no or little business. Looks overbuilt from what I could see. The country's hurting economically now.

As an aside, their cell phone networks seemed as advanced as what we have here.
