Chip Cummins entire brief reply to my comments on CCO is posted below. I don't think he had a chance to actually review the three references that I included yet. I actually included the text of the Oil & Gas Article on the Apalchicola Embayment and the Detroit Free Press Story on the Miller Oil Inverse Condemnation Lawsuit win against Michigan as well as the actual complete text of the Florida Appeals Court Ruling that indicated that "just compensation" had to be paid to CCO: "Edwin, thanks for this. ill read your stuff shortly. i'm very interested in CCO and would love to talk to you in person at some point. my week up through t'giving is going to be pretty darn crammed though. pls keep me posted on any developments though, and i look forward to touching base soon. chip"
