If you know your system works, why does leverage matter? Shoot to the moon! Because nobody can know that their leveraged investment return will beat the cost of borrowing. That is what the LTCM morons learned the hard way. Go back to your original claim--you said the LTCM boys were the world's smartest investors. Not true.
