The dimpled ballots should come out roughly in the same proportion as the properly voted ballots. Arguments that a given class of voters is more likely to vote improperly are simply the same kind of dishonorable profiling that African Americans, Hispanic Americans, and older Americans face when they go driving. Profiling like that is unacceptable whether it's on a traffic stop or in the voting booth. I can't believe Gore is pinning his hopes on it. He should be held accountable whether he wins or loses. >>Shouldn't it be a random problem, favoring both candidates equally?<<
