not impressed with the Florida Supreme Court. I only saw the edited version on the Leher News Hour. Your wife isn't chained close enough to the stove I guess. Those judges were sharp and inquisitive. They asked Devil's Advocate questions to each side to ascertain the underlying asumptions. That was probably too subtle for your wife. They seemed most interested in how the Florida Laws matched with federal regulations and how much power they would have to assume to rule in various ways. If you want to see political hacks you should listen to the Texas Supreme Court where all the judges are elected and have to choose which lawyer will pay for their next campaign. TP
