Hi again jaytee:
Just thought I would give some input on sbux. Chart looks great and the stock keeps making new highs. Valuation wise, it is a little pricey for my taste, trading at a price to sales ratio of 4 times sales, quite high for a food industry company. But, the company is profitable, growing, and has no debt, all of which are good. It is my opinion that we may be a little lat to the party but based on the chart, the party may not yet be over.

A word of caution about the current market environment. This IS A BEAR market and we are now pretty well into it. Until the trend changes, it would be safer to be in cash or defensive and low valuation issues. Or, short some overvalued stocks if you have the nerve. It is my opinion here that the bear, at least for the short term is just about over. The put to call ratio and a few other indicators point this fact out pretty clearly. So being, I am now long again and have covered all my short positions. I have some sfam, klic, hlit, and a bunch of others I am watching. I just ran across phsy, which is trading under cas value.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
