TigerPaw, my wife definitely isn't chained to the stove. For the time being she is just a housewife, but in the past she has tried a variety of cases before a state Supreme Court. Furthermore she has extensive experience in the Federal Court of appeals, and I'd rather bet that she could tell the difference between a "sharp inquisitive" judge or question than that you can. She is also pretty good at reading how the judges will rule from the questions they ask, and since the judges' questions weren't related to the law of the case it seems pretty clear that they don't intend to follow the law. As for whether or not the Texas Supreme Court contains "hacks", I can't comment. The only question here is whether Florida does. Carl
