John: The attorney general of Florida did add a caveat. He indicated if the ballot was signed on or before election day it should count. The ballot doesn't even have a space for a date so I believe his "offer" was disingenuous and designed to perform damage control with a public that is largely outraged by the issue. Statistically it is looking more and more difficult for Gore to close the gap. However, one thing I will give the democrats, they are the best at what they do, and that is work the system to maximum advantage. Greg
