AMEX specialist is holding the stock at this level during the tax loss season, waiting for January effect sympathy. However, his lacking cash pool, except for the company to buy back stock, will not enable him to keep an inventory.

Fundamentally, the company did well thus far. The new year may not be as favorable for RMI, but they have proprietary products which may protect them on gross margins.
