atml, rmbs, and qcom have been under accumulation. not really indicative of basing, and in real time the process is slow.

I have noticed that the low PE semiconductor industry stocks have held up very well lately. Any stock in this industry with a low PE along with a good growth rate has held up.

Look at Micron and AMAT; both gave negative outlooks but the stocks did not drop. All kinds of negative comments from analysts and still the stocks are not dropping unlike what happens to stocks like JNPR when they get downgraded. It basically tells you where your money is safer and any growth rate in the value techs is a big bonus.
