<ot>Hi SbH - I am sure many share your feeling [this will be resolved soon.] However, ST gain and LT gain are 2 different things. A quick fix may help ST, but it may have LT ramificaitons. I prefer doing it right myself.

With regard to the machine situation. Again, you could be right. Or you could be wrong. Both of us are no better than the 3 blind men *trying* to identify the animal. Is it an elephant? Or a donkey <VBG>?

Chads cannot be loosen by themselves, even through a couple of machine sorting. If so, then we have more structural problems than what we are seeing. It is amount to one cannot watch a videotape for more than a couple of times b/c the magnetized chemicals would wear off after a few attempts.

Again, I ve used key punches, and those are much more *advanced* than that of PB county, as they are subscribed in the media. I am merely offering my professional opinion in that regard. If you think I am lying, nothing much more I can say

It is possible that there may be tampering, or the temptation to do so. However, the temptation is that all along. Now, with the stake so high, it is doubtful the observers would blink too often <VBG>. We should be thankful they don't cry wolf too often

Back to the stk mkt, re: NT, let's hope we ve seen the bottom. I am soooo deep in it, it is unbelieveable.

best, Bosco
