As I recall, just over a week ago the FTC delayed decision for 3 weeks. AOL/TWX has now complied with the wishes of the FTC and offered 2 weeks extention for the FTC's decision process.

Question,,,,, does AOL's 2 week offer run concurrent with the FTC's remaining 2 or so weeks, or does it begin at the end of the FTC's original 3 week extention?

Spliting hairs here as the Earthlink deal didn't have a positive affect on AOL price, but, I'm still hoping from a little ROI in DEC.
