What charting never will teach you? Or is it, you have to learn how transactions are done and how it effects the value of stocks?

In market maintenance, the stock and cash pools dictate the value the stock will have. When Franklin Templeton maintained the market of Sunbeam stock; the moves were based on the company turning around. Sunbeam collapsed when Bob Price at Franklin realized their resources were insufficient to maintain the market for Sunbeam stock(accounting irregularity problem was exposed). Price retired from daily operations at Franklin. It doesn't happen often, most people in charge lasted until their old age retirement(which never happens, I mean their retirement).

Most large market making operations are alike. The man in charge has to have resources of cash and stock pools to maintain a market. The resources may be examined by the volume and offers in charting. But the sudden collapse can not be forecasted unless you know the man behind all the activities.
