lml, I understand the law. My point is that the Democrats should not have been blamed when local canvassing boards were only following direct instructions from the Secretary of State. The Republicans tried to turn this into a conspiracy of the Democrats. These kind of tactics are poisoning the atmosphere and will make it much more difficult for the Republicans to govern. It is time to turn down the rhetoric - especially that "slick" lawyer from Montana.
