NPR's Ken Rudin on CNN right now. "public perception is not supporting the Democrats"..."the regulation to prevent the military vote conflicts with the message of "counting all the votes". And, "the Democrats are perceived by the public as willing to do anything to get the win, first the butterfly ballot didn't work, then the hand recount, and if that does not make up the difference then a push to include the dimpled chads.".
