$13.25 is nice, but the close price is the most important here. It is the primary number used by most charters when forcasting. A close at $13.25 would be significant IMO. (I can't stress enough that it is just that, an opinion, not a forcast of what WILL happen).

As far as it not slowing down until $17...this is my interpretation of a possible senerio based on my research of the data. I am not saying it will happen, I believe there is a possiblity of it happening. If we close above 13 we will have beaten back the bears at this significant resistance level of 13. A bullish trend will have been established (from about 10), where we have several areas of resistance to break (many before $17). But it is the $17 (Someone said $16) that is going to be the most significant one to break in order to maintain an up trend. Also keep in mind that we have had fundamental data changes (news releases, etc.) that influence the stock, making this move very timely.
