Why is Schwab still using the broken SSL 2.0 protocol for security?

When you're on a secure Schwab page, Right Click and select Properties in the pop-up window. You can see they're still using SSL 2.0 which has been broken for years.

Just how horrid this is can be seen in these statistics:

Number of hosts surveyed: 8189
Number that only do SSL2: 30 (0.37%)

I am absolutely amazed and appalled that Schwab is THIS far behind with security.
