Pes don't mean much any more, certainly not what they used to mean when it comes to influencing a stock's value. If CPQ was worth any more, it would trade for more, or at least return regularly to some higher range. I guess that with a pe of 16 that CPQ could be considered a "value stock." That and dollar will buy you a cup of coffee. El
