I don't think kvkkc1 sounds particularly racist. It seems he doesn't harbour the sensitivity to the word "colored" that you do, and that I think is somewhat appropriate, but that hardly makes him a racist. I don't think it good to use the word "colored" just because those to whom it refers are insulted by it. The word is closely associated with a very racially hostile time in our country. So I suppose blacks are in a sense trying to distance themselves from that time by distancing themselves from the word. I understand it, though I think the word "colored" is much cuter than the term "black" or the more ridiculous "African-American."

Perhaps unknown to me kvkkc1 has made truly racist remarks, and so you see his latest comments through them. Otherwise, I don't see that he is racist. His comments about people being rejected because of their behaviour is quite bang on. If a guy misbehaves, then he should suffer, whatever his colour. If a guy acts and thinks like me, I will likely accept him whatever his colour.
