Mightylakers, that's per potential subscriber (CDMA has greater capacity than GSM). The total cost to run a W-CDMA network will be much higher than a GSM network. I would be interested to see a comparison of the costs of running CDMA2000 vs. W-CDMA. I would expect the W-CDMA would be considerably more (more complex filtering and higher royalties). Bux
