Say what? The product was sold because the demand existed. And you can bet that some of these ISP's were the only dsl provider available to the location of the user.

They didn't go to these ISP's and say buy a 1000 dsl lines. The customer at the ISP wanted dsl, and the ISP arranged for that customer to have dsl through COVD. Why punish COVD for ISP trangressions when the end user customer can very well be transferred to COVD itself now that payment has become an issue. Flashcom will either pay these bills or go under. Because the customer will demand dsl eventually, and evidently Fashcom can no longer provide it. (Read NPNT will not sell any more to them. You can bet COVD and RTHM won't either)

When the vendor financing comes into being an issue on CSCO, NT, LU, etc. will you hold them to the same standard?
