Of course I would. The bottom line is that Covad and the others needed to sell to non-credit worthy companies in order to generate sales. Customers want DSL at some specific price. If ISP's cannot make money selling it to them at that price then these companies have been subsidizing consumers' purchases and Covad's growth has been a mirage.
