Perhaps we just need a few cases in the Courts to change companies perceptions of security or rather "due diligence". I hate to have to depend on lawyers and judges on this but it may become the only place consumers can get their voices heard. Perhaps this Visa initiative will help before we get to that point. Basically Visa is saying that it can't trust DOT.COM businesses to take the necessary precautions. A scary testament to our New Economy! Regards, Peter J Strifas
