If hand recounts are not as inaccurate as machine counts, then why did D-Dubya-I sign into law a bill allowing such? Was D-Dubya-I bamboozled? Or misled by Democrats? Or did he sign the legislation without reading it because he had a football game to watch?

Re: pregnant chads: They're only counted when there's one pregnant chad per presidential candidate. If there are two, or none, of four, then the ballot is tossed. This ain't rocket science we're dealing with here.
